Dine-in Reopening
We are reopening our restaurant on 17th May 2021
Kylin's friends, the wait is almost over! We’re working hard on our reopening plans, with team and guest safety at the heart.
We have started firing up our stoves and are ready to welcome you back into our restaurants on 17th May 2021. You can now book online, or simply call us to make a reservation.
The opening of our restaurants has been carefully considered, and we are able to take bookings for groups of up to 6 people. We are developing our COVID-19 safety management controls and we are actively implementing and practising all required control measures, to keep both our guests and teams safe, as this is our top priority. We will continue to review Government guidelines and industry guidance, to keep our controls up to date and effective.
As much as we are looking forward to welcoming you back into our restaurant, if you, anyone in your household or anybody in your group are experiencing any of the COVID-19 symptoms please do not visit our restaurants at this time.
What we’re doing to keep you safe:
Pre-arrival
- Arrive at time of booking, not before.
- Be prepared to wait away from restaurant if your table is not ready.
- Hand sanitiser in the foyer / front door area.
- Separate queues for dining in, Click & Collect / delivery.
- Limited number of tables available, following government guidelines.
- Reduced group size availability.
Dining
- Tables, chairs and menus sanitised after each seating.
- Condiment sachets, available on request.
- Food and drink placed at the end of your table.
- We may only serve bottles/cans drinks
What we ask from you
To ensure you and our team are safe please:
- Do not congregate at our entrances or other areas.
- Please wait for instructions from our staff before entering our restaurants.
- Make use of our hand sanitiser stations upon entry to our restaurant
- Give fellow guests their space and follow social distancing guidelines.
- Keep children with you at all times.
- Pay with card where possible
